The battery once it has been shipped is considered used, and we do not accept returns for those items, as it poses a safety and compliance issue. Ensure that you select the right battery when placing an order.
Damages and Issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it carefully and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
